I develop urban residential land to sell. I am currently offering blocks of vacant land connected to all the services as well as land and house packages in the beautiful rural setting of South Macksville, on Preston Drive. I live in Macksville with my wife Vicki and a Shitzu/Silky Terrier cross called ‘Wookie’. I can tell you that we love living here. The blocks of vacant land begin at $130,000 and the land and house packages begin at $270,000 for a 3BR home with 2 bathrooms and a double garage. Construction has finished on the blocks of vacant land in Stage One. The house packages can begin anytime. The land can be purchased separately or as a land and house package. A land and house package would have two contracts, one for the land and another for the house. I will be selling on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Remember, unless you are purchasing entirely with cash, don’t forget to factor into your figures the interest payments on the land and also the house during the time when the house is under construction. There are no hidden costs and the contracted price will not increase unless the purchaser chooses to change design or include more expensive inclusions than those declared in the schedules.
